1. Who We Are

La Mohair is a proudly South African certified manufacturer of kid mohair products that was established in Port Elizabeth by Larissa Primmer. Since the founding of the business, we have been fortunate to gain global recognition for the quality work that we produce.

2. Garment Care Guidelines

When necessary, immerse your garment in lukewarm water and gently wash or even just soak with a little conditioning shampoo. Rinse in fresh water and hang on a washline in the sunlight to dry. Dry clean recommended. NEVER machine wash, NEVER tumble dry.

3. Is Shopping on this Website Safe?

We don’t just care about animal safety – we care about yours too. This is why we use the same level of online protection that banks and other financial institutions use when collecting data, processing logins or online payments on our website.

4. Shipping & Delivery Costs

All items will be shipped within 3-5 working days via: Postnet or SAPO; Int. Express Courier Services.

Should you wish to forego shipping costs, you are welcome to collect all items from our factory.

Please note that any orders which are required to be shipped internationally please select the “Collect” option which will enable “Free Shipping” and arrange a courier at your own costs.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

We quality check before each garment leaves our factory. However, should there be a fault with your purchase, please let us know within 3 working days and we will gladly send you a discount voucher for your next purchase from La Mohair.

We do exchange faulty items that are returned within a max. of 5 working days, provided that the item is in the exact condition it was sent with tags attached and unworn.

The exchange will be done once the item is received by La Mohair and inspected.
Unfortunately, we do not do any refunds. The courier costs of the items sent back, will go to the buyer.
